1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Bajeef. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Bajeef platform. By using the Bajeef website, mobile application, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Bajeef platform.

Bajeef is an online gaming and betting platform that offers casino games, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Bajeef reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your Bajeef account is entirely personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring in your account. Allowing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person is completely prohibited. If you suspect your account has been compromised, immediately notify Bajeef customer support and change your password.

During Bajeef registration you must provide your correct name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth. This information will be used for identity verification and payment processing. Bajeef may at any time request additional documents such as ID, utility bills, or payment method verification. Failure to provide these documents may result in your account being suspended and withdrawal processing delayed. We follow this verification process to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud.

3. Betting Rules and Conditions

All bets at Bajeef are final and irreversible once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is correct before placing it. Bajeef does not accept any requests to cancel or change bets unless there are exceptional circumstances such as clear technical errors or odds mistakes. All bets must be placed with funds available in your account and Bajeef does not allow credit betting.

For sports betting, all bets will be settled according to official results from the relevant sports organization. If any event is postponed, canceled, or suspended, Bajeef's specific rules will apply for each sport. Generally, if an event does not start or is not completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. However, in some cases special rules may apply and Bajeef's decision is final.

For casino games, each game has its own rules and payout structure available in the game interface. Bajeef guarantees that all casino games provide fair and random results using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed instantly and your account balance is updated immediately. Bajeef does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours once your account is fully verified. For first-time withdrawals, Bajeef may request additional verification documents such as ID and proof of address. You must withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit unless there are exceptional circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount at Bajeef is BDT 1000 and the maximum limit depends on your account level and payment method.

Bajeef strictly complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Your deposited funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Generally, you must bet your deposit amount at least once to be eligible for withdrawal. For bonus funds, specific wagering requirements apply as stated in the bonus terms. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements indicate how many times you must bet the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a BDT 1000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements, you must bet a total of BDT 30,000 before you can withdraw the bonus. Bajeef bonuses usually have an expiry period and expired bonus funds will be automatically canceled.

Each player may only claim one bonus offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and all related accounts will be closed. Bajeef reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Certain countries, payment methods, or games may be excluded from bonuses. All bonus disputes will be resolved by Bajeef management and decisions are final.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, confiscation of all funds, and possible legal action.

8. Liability and Warranty

Bajeef services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. Bajeef does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use our services. You use Bajeef at your own risk and you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Bajeef's total liability in any case will not exceed your account balance.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes with Bajeef, first contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to independent third-party mediation. Bajeef's decisions on all gaming and betting matters are final and binding.
